Do employees need a NanoNear account?

No. They install the desktop app with a one-time code. They can be given a sign-in to see their own time if you choose.

Are screenshots required?

No. Screenshots are optional, can be blurred, and depend on your plan.

What happens if we stop paying?

Tracking pauses and the dashboard is locked, but your data is kept, within your retention settings, until you subscribe again.
