Nano CRM
Every lead, email and meeting your team has, in one shared place.
Nano CRM is where your sales team keeps track of who they are talking to, what was said and what happens next. Leads move through your pipeline, emails file themselves on the right contact, and meetings can be booked and held without leaving the CRM.
- Runs in your browserNothing to install to start.
- Installable as an appOn phones and computers.
- Part of your NanoNear accountSame sign-in as every app.
- Billed on its ownIts own plan, nothing bundled.
What it solves
Leads arrive by email, web form and phone, then live in five inboxes and a spreadsheet. Follow ups slip, and when someone is off sick nobody knows where a deal stands.
Who uses Nano CRM
- Small and medium sales teams
- Service businesses that send a quote before they sell
- Agencies and consultancies working through enquiries
What you can do with Nano CRM
Everything below works today. Where a feature needs a particular plan, it says so.
Leads and your pipeline
See every open deal, who owns it and what stage it is at.
-
Pipelines and stages
Drag deals between stages on a board, or work from a list. Set up as many pipelines as you sell in.
-
Sources, types and owners
Every lead gets an owner, a type and where it came from, filled in for you when you create it.
-
Quotes
Build a quote from your product list against a lead, with totals worked out, and print it. On paid plans.
-
Products and stock
Keep products with SKUs and prices, and track stock across warehouses. On paid plans.
-
Import from spreadsheets
Bring in leads, contacts and products from CSV or Excel. Duplicates are updated, not copied.
-
Custom fields
Add the fields your business needs to leads, contacts and products, without code.
Contacts and their history
One record per person and company, and everything that has happened with them.
-
People and organisations
Contacts linked to the company they work for, shared with the whole team.
-
A full timeline
Emails, calls, meetings, notes and files on the contact and the lead they belong to.
Email inside the CRM
Connect your mailbox and work your email where your deals are. On paid plans.
-
Your own mailbox
Connect any mailbox over IMAP and SMTP. Mail is read and sent from your real address.
-
Filed on the right record
Each email is filed on the matching contact, and on their lead when they have one open.
-
Waiting on reply
A list of conversations where you wrote last and have not heard back.
-
Send later
Pick a time, or send at the hour the person usually opens your email.
-
Snooze and undo send
Snooze an email until later, and take one back for a few seconds after pressing Send.
-
Templates and snippets
Reusable emails with merge fields like first name and company, shared with the team.
Meetings and scheduling
Book the call, hold the call and log it, without a second tool.
-
Booking pages
A public page where people pick a free time from your calendar. Each booking creates the contact, a lead and the meeting.
-
NanoNear Meet

How meetings work in Nano CRM
From the lead, press Schedule meeting and choose one of three ways to meet.
Meetings run in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on phones and computers. Guests wait in a lobby until someone lets them in, the organiser can remove people or end the call, and nothing is recorded. Up to six people per meeting.
Schedule a NanoNear meeting
Pick a date, time and length. The invitation goes out by email with a private join link and a calendar invite, and the meeting appears in the lead's activities.
Start a meeting now
Open a room straight away, filed on the lead.
Let them pick the time
Send your booking page link and the person chooses a free slot themselves.

Questions about Nano CRM
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nano CRM runs in the browser. You can also install it as an app from the browser menu on a phone or computer.
Can I bring my existing leads and contacts?
Yes. Import them from CSV or Excel. The importer spots duplicates and tells you which rows it could not read and why.
Does it work with my email?
Yes, with any mailbox that offers IMAP and SMTP, which is almost all of them. Mail is sent from your own address.
Are Teams, WhatsApp and Meta lead ads available?
Not yet. All three are under development and are not part of any plan today.
