Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the people you invite.

Plans, trials and billing

Each NanoNear app has its own plans and is billed separately, monthly or yearly, in advance, by Stripe or PayPal. Prices are shown on nanonear.com/pricing.

Free trials need no card. When a trial ends without a paid plan, the app pauses and your data is kept for the plan's history period.

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Payments are not refunded for partly used periods unless the law requires it.

Founding-customer prices for Nano Work are kept for 2 years from the first payment while the subscription stays active.

Acceptable use

Do not use NanoNear to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or try to reach other customers' data. Email Marketing must only go to people who agreed to hear from you.

Nano Work must only be used with employees who have been told about the monitoring and, where the law requires, have agreed to it. You are responsible for following monitoring and privacy laws where your staff work.

Your data

What you put into NanoNear stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement. You can export it while your account is open.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NanoNear available and secure, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that remove something you pay for.

Liability

NanoNear is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where reasonable.
