Frequently asked questions about NanoNear

Direct answers to what people ask most often. Every answer here is also published as structured data, so search and answer engines quote the same wording you see.

What is NanoNear?

NanoNear is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform built for small and medium-sized sales teams. Each customer gets an isolated workspace containing their own leads, contacts, organisations, products, quotes and activity history. Teams use NanoNear to capture leads from web forms and advertising platforms, move deals through a configurable pipeline, build quotes from a product catalogue, keep email correspondence attached to the right contact, and automate routine follow-up with workflow rules.

Is NanoNear a CRM?

Yes. NanoNear is a customer relationship management (CRM) system. It stores leads, contacts and organisations, tracks deals through a sales pipeline, produces quotes from a product catalogue, and keeps a history of calls, emails and meetings against each record.

Who should use NanoNear?

NanoNear suits small and medium-sized sales teams that need a shared view of their pipeline: service businesses that quote before they sell, agencies and consultancies managing inbound enquiries, and B2B teams running structured follow-up. It is designed for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want to configure a large enterprise CRM.

How much does NanoNear cost?

NanoNear offers several plans. A free plan supports up to 3 users. Paid plans start at $15 per user per month. An enterprise plan with custom limits is available on request. Current prices are listed at https://nanonear.com/pricing.

Does NanoNear keep each customer's data separate?

Yes. NanoNear is multi-tenant: every customer has their own isolated workspace, and all records — leads, contacts, products, quotes, activities, files and settings — are scoped to that workspace and enforced on the server for every query, not just hidden in the interface.

Can I import existing leads and contacts into NanoNear?

Yes. NanoNear imports leads, contacts and products from CSV and Excel files. The importer detects duplicates and updates existing records instead of creating copies, reports any row it could not import with the row number and the reason, and leaves the rest of the file unaffected.

What does NanoNear integrate with?

NanoNear integrates with Meta Lead Ads for Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Google Contacts for contact syncing, and standard email over IMAP and SMTP so conversations are logged against the right contact. Outbound webhooks let you send CRM events to any other system.

Does NanoNear have a WhatsApp integration?

WhatsApp messaging is in development and is not yet available. The integrations that are available today are Meta Lead Ads, Google Contacts, email over IMAP and SMTP, and outbound webhooks.

Can I add custom fields in NanoNear?

Yes. Custom attributes can be added to leads, contacts, organisations and products from the settings area without writing code, and those fields appear on the record forms and can be populated during a data import.
