NanoNear is a set of seven business apps for small and medium teams, used through one account: NanoNear CRM for leads, deals, email and meetings; NanoNear E-Sign for electronic signatures; NanoNear Email Marketing for email campaigns sent from your own address; NanoNear Work for working time and activity of remote teams; NanoNear POS for shops; NanoNear Phone, a cloud phone system; and NanoNear HR for hiring.

No. One NanoNear account covers every app. If you already use one app and want another, sign in and choose a plan for it; it is added to the same account. You never register twice.

Each app has its own plans and its own monthly subscription on your account, so you only pay for the apps you use. Payment is by card (Stripe) or PayPal. Current prices are at https://nanonear.com/pricing.

NanoNear CRM, NanoNear E-Sign and NanoNear Work each have a free plan with lower limits. NanoNear Email Marketing plans are paid, because every campaign is sent through real mail infrastructure.

Yes. Every company gets its own workspace. Every record in it is scoped to that workspace on the server for every query, not just hidden in the interface.

No. Every app runs in the browser and can also be installed as an app on a phone or computer from the browser. The only download is the NanoNear Work desktop app, which your employees install so their time can be recorded.

Yes. NanoNear CRM imports leads, contacts and products from CSV and Excel files, updates duplicates instead of copying them, and reports any row it could not import. NanoNear Email Marketing takes lists from a file, pasted text or your CRM contacts.

NanoNear CRM comes in 9 languages: English, Arabic, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Turkish, Persian, Korean, Chinese (Simplified). Arabic and Persian are shown right to left. A workspace admin picks the language once in Settings and the whole team sees it. NanoNear's other apps are in English.

Not yet. All three are under development. What works today is email over IMAP and SMTP, Google Contacts, outbound webhooks, and NanoNear's own booking pages and video meetings.
