Software for teams that would rather not run ten systems.
NanoNear started from a simple frustration. The customer list lived in one tool, the mailing list in another, the contracts in a folder nobody could find, and timesheets in a spreadsheet nobody trusted.
What we are building
A small set of business apps that share one account. Not a suite of forty products, and not one product pretending to do everything.
Most teams start with the app they need most. A sales team starts with Nano CRM. When they need a contract signed, they add NanoSign to the same account. When they want to write to their customers, they add Nano Email Marketing. A company with people working from home adds Nano Work.
Each app is billed on its own, so nothing you do not use turns up on the bill, and your team signs in once for all of them.
Built for small teams
The people we have in mind are running a business, not administering software.
Priced plainly
Per app, per month. Free where free makes sense. No bundle you half use.
Your data stays yours
Every company has its own workspace and its own records, kept apart from everyone else.
Honest about what is built
If part of a product is still being built, we say so on the page. A roadmap is not a feature list.
How we work
Small releases
We ship a piece at a time and test it against real data before it reaches you.
Say what is unfinished
Integrations that are not ready, like Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp in the CRM, are marked as under development.
Answer as people
Write to us and a person reads it and replies. Support is not a deflection funnel.
