    Title, description, skills and the role category. Add private screening questions only applicants see.

  2. Share one link

    Copy the job link to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit or WhatsApp. Nano HR records where each applicant came from.

  3. Applicants upload any resume

    It is read into one standard format that they check and edit, then they answer your questions and record an intro if the role needs one.

  4. Compare and decide

    Filter by skill, years of experience and intro, sort by skill match, rate, take notes and move people through your stages.

How much does Nano HR cost?

Nano HR is free while it is in early access. There is no plan to choose and no card needed.

Do applicants need an account?

No. They open your job link, upload a resume and apply. They can save their resume to a free account afterwards if they want.

Which resume files can it read?

PDF, Word (DOCX), ODT and plain text with selectable text. A scanned image of a resume cannot be read; the applicant fills in the form instead.

Can it post to LinkedIn or Facebook for me?

It gives you share buttons and a link to paste. It does not post on your behalf or pay for job ads.

Who can see the screening questions?

Only applicants, while they apply. They are not on the public job page.
