E-signature solution · with NanoSign
A deal, a new hire or a supplier is often waiting on just one thing: a signature. With NanoSign your organization sends documents for e-signature, the right people sign from any device, and you keep a signed copy you can rely on.
Paper signatures were never the point. The point is a clear, provable agreement. E-signatures get you there faster, for less, with a better record of what happened.
Documents go out and come back the same day. Sales close sooner, new staff start on time and suppliers are not left waiting.
No printing, posting, couriers, scanning or filing cabinets. The cost of getting one document signed drops to almost nothing.
Every step is logged with the time it happened, and the signed document comes with a completion certificate showing who signed and when.
See whether each document was sent, viewed, partly signed or completed, for the whole document and for every person on it.
Customers, partners and staff sign wherever they are, on a phone, tablet or computer. Nobody has to come to the office.
Fields are placed for each person before sending, so the right people fill in the right places and nothing is missed.
Each signer gets their own private link, in the order you set. Void a document that went out by mistake.
A smaller pile of paper to store, find and eventually shred, and a smaller footprint for your business.
| Step | On paper | With NanoSign |
|---|---|---|
| Sending | Print, post or email a file and hope it comes back | Upload once, place the fields and send |
| Signing | Print, sign, scan, return. Often at an angle | Open the link and sign on any device |
| Chasing | Ring round to find out who still has it | Live status for each person |
| Order | Hand the paper on and hope | Next person is asked only when the last one is done |
| Keeping | Filing cabinets and lost copies | Download the signed copy any time |
| Proof | A signature and little else | Audit trail and completion certificate |

In many countries, electronic signatures are accepted for most everyday business documents. Examples include the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States, PIPEDA and provincial electronic commerce laws in Canada, the Electronic Communications Act 2000 in the United Kingdom, eIDAS in the European Union and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 in Pakistan.
Some documents can still need a handwritten signature, a witness or a special type of signature. Wills, some property deeds and some court papers are common examples. NanoSign provides standard electronic signatures with an audit trail and a completion certificate. It does not issue qualified certificates.
